SERVICES
We are proud to be one of the small number of Jewellers in Cork that have its own workshop on the premises. In our workshop we undertake most jewellery services including repairing, resizing, restringing and engraving. We concentrate on one to one customer care and service. Come and talk to us anout your query or concern and we will do our best to help.
Polishing / Cleaning
Sonic cleaning of jewellery or diamonds etc is generally carried out on the premises. Again some pieces have to be worked on in the workshop with specialised equipment.
Gift Vouchers
When someone is lucky enough to receives a gift voucher for Mac Eoin Jewellers we find it is generally used within a few days.
Ear Piercing
Carried
out on the premises. Both ears pierced at the one time to minimise
chock and discomfort. Minimum age for ear piercing is 7 years.
Battery Replacement
On site replacement of batteries in watches, calculators, car and electric gate remote controls.
Watch Straps / Bracelets
We have an extensive range of watch straps and bracelets to suit most watches.
Deposits
Deposits taken on all items at all times, even repairs. Pay at your leisure.
Repairs
Our
repair service is excellent indeed. For jewellery, watches and clocks.
Our repair people are experts who are highly experienced and the finest
of craftspeople. Generally, with jewellery in particular, the items are
repaired within 24 hours and you will receive a telephone call when they
are ready. With clocks and watches this can take a little longer as
they are kept for observation for a few days to ensure they are keeping
time correctly and to make corrections if not.
Pearls
Restringing and re-attachment of loose pearls.
Valuations
Written certificates of valuation supplied for all jewellery, watches, pearls etc. These are carried out on the premises.
Engraving
Generally carried out on the premises but some pieces that are quite big or of awkward shape may have to be taken to the workshop or may have to be hand engraved.
